You are dead. If you don't believe us, read the sign. In the Death Room,
you wait... and wait... and wait... until one day you get your postcard.
Six weeks from that point, you have ONE choice: to return to Earth, or
stay in the afterlife. The only thing separating these two worlds is black
curtains.
Schvitzy
has to make the choice. He was killed in a tragic bus accident, and now
spends his time in the Death Room longing to return to Earth and the wife
and child he left behind.
But,
the lure of the Death Room is strong. There is 'live' entertainment nightly,
and Hermalina in her shiny red jumpsuit.
Will Ambassador Bookman and Trish allow Schvitzy to leave the Death Room
and return to Earth? Will Hermalina's charms pull him to stay? Will Sudoku's
deal with Bookman solve the whole puzzle?
In the end we learn that 'love has life after life.' (And Velcro is a
wonder product.)
