Inga and Hans run the Hamburg Beer Garden in Bavaria. They built it out
of the Bavarian ground, it reached into the Bavarian sky, yet the business
has only found Ba-varied results.
Now a loud-mouthed, low-class American has found her way to the Beer Garden
and demanded a fruity pink drink, which is a smack in the face to the
beer-soaked traditions of Bavaria. After all, the bigger-stein, the better-stein.
Will
this crass American tourist begin to have an effect on the Bavarians and
become a true International as she dreamed? Will Rodney Allen Rippey and
the Nazi make it for the long haul? Will beer reign again?
In
the end we learn that 'We're here. There's beer. Get used to it!'
